"Step 1 – Set-up your objectives Be specific about what you want to attain. How many pounds would you like to lose after 15 days? 30 days? Be practical also. You wouldn’t lose 20 pounds in a day, unless you had surgery, would you? Step 2 – Prepare a weight reduction rubric A rubric is an objective checklist, which will tell you exactly what you have achieved and finished. If you have a rubric, you can pinpoint what portion or aspect of the program you were not able to fulfill. You should fulfill what you and your weight lose program intended. Step 3 – Evaluate your status based on your objectives Make use of your rubric to do this. Were you able to fulfill what you have set yourself to do within that period? If you have set an objective of losing 5 pounds in 30 days, were you able to achieve this? If not, then you must evaluate your objectives, they may not be practical. On the other hand evaluate your methods, they may not be effective. Step 4 – Continue with the program, taking note of the objective If you have ventured away from your objective, then it is time to set it straight again. The weight lose program that you have selected should coincide with your objectives. If you are serious about losing weight, then it is time to take positive action."
