For free links, reciprocal links must be on site submitted, sites submitted with return links on third party sites or link back sites will be suspended, owners will be notified and provided 10 days to rectify prior to the link request being deleted.

Reciprocal links must be on a page accessible via the main site, i.e. not on stranded pages that are not visible without a direct url. They do not have to be on the main page of your site, a link page is fine, however the link page must be accessible via a link somewhere on your site, and should be no more than 2 clicks from your homepage.
